Executive Pastry Chef/Owner

I'm Madison, the Executive Pastry Chef and owner of MW Pastry. I graduated from Pelican Rapids in 2018. I graduated The Culinary Institute of America, Napa Valley CA in 2020, one of the top pastry schools in the world, with a degree in pastry. I traveled around the US for a few years working at Devils Thumb Ranch, then as the head pastry cook at one of the top restaurant in Colorado, and finally at Big Sky Resort in Montana before coming back to my home area. I am excited to share everything I have learned in the past years with the lakes area!
